Why I Started This Blog
I think about Atlanta like a startup. It is not as big, old, or entrenched as New York, Chicago, Paris, or Tokyo, but it is growing quickly. What we lack in a strong, established urban fabric is actually an opportunity to shape the future of the city we want to live in. There is so much underutilized land and so many people moving into the city, the sky is the limit when it comes to what Atlanta could be. The famed Beltline, for example, was a concept dreamed up by a Georgia Tech student, and within a short time, it has radically transformed the way people live and move in that part of the city. I want to get more of those ideas out there.
